Things that occur in my Neighbour Hood

This was at the front of my house!
I watched 4 dudes strip this old civic of its wheels in less than 2 minutes.
They broke their jack in the process.
The poor owner then had his shit key'd to top it off.
Ahh, the western suburbs!
